These Terms and Conditions apply to any agreement for online article writing services between Contact Online Ltd T/A Articulus (“the Company”) and a client (“the Client”).

1. Services: The Company agrees to provide the Client with professional online article writing services in accordance with the Client’s requirements.

2. Payment: The Client shall make payment for the service provided by the Company before the articles are delivered.

3. Copyright: All articles, images and other works produced by the Company shall remain the sole property of the Company unless otherwise agreed on in writing.

4. Refunds: A refund can only be issued if a request is made within 7 days of payment being made and work received, the content provided also has to be removed from all online sources and social media channels. Refunds take 5-10 business days – We’re limited by the payment system (Stripe) otherwise we would do it the same day.

5. Delivery & Accessibility: All content will be sent to the client within a reasonable timeframe of 72 hours unless 24 hours has been selected or another arrangement has been made.

6. Disputes: In case of any disputes, both parties agree to settle their differences through mediation before pursuing legal action.

7. Changes & Termination: This agreement may be amended or terminated at any time.

8. Breach Of Contract: In case either party fails to fulfil their contractual obligations, they may be held liable for breach of contract as deemed appropriate in a court of law.

9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by Scottish law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts should a dispute arise under them.
